Orders placed through haleora.org and shipped within the United States are covered by Haleora’s 90-day money-back guarantee. You may use the full box and decide for yourself. If H2TAB is not right for you, contact us within 90 days of the purchase date to request a refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@haleora.org with your order number and the name and email address used at checkout. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify the purchase and process your request.

If a return is required, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send products back without contacting us first. For multi-box orders, retain any unused boxes until we provide instructions.

Refunds

Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at support@haleora.org with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue so we can make it right.
